Family Law Attorney The Law Office of James A Graham, LLC 701 Loyola Avenue, New Orleans, LA 70113 We are seeking a skilled and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our legal team! As a Family Law Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients in various legal matters. • Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues
• Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs
• Represent clients in court hearings and other legal proceedings
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
• Collaborate with colleagues on complex cases
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations Experience
• To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar association
• Proven experience in legal research, drafting, and litigation
• Strong knowledge of Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw for legal research purposes
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Proficiency in legal drafting and writing
• Ability to conduct thorough legal analysis
