Key Responsibilities:

Take an active role in trial preparation and trial work-ideal candidate will have experience arguing motions, preparing witnesses, and handling all aspects of trial advocacy. Conduct thorough legal research and drafting, including oppositions to motions for summary judgment, motions in limine, and insurance coverage issues. Prepare and conduct detailed depositions of corporate and individual witnesses, crafting effective outlines and gathering crucial facts. Collaborate with senior trial lawyers on strategy, client communication, and high-stakes litigation. Manage your own caseload and ensure cases are trial-ready. Seek out opportunities to expand your litigation skills and embrace the challenge of trial practice.

Qualifications:

Licensed and in good standing in MA. RI and other neighboring states is a plus. 3+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience, with proven trial exposure. Demonstrated skill in research, writing, and oral advocacy, particularly in motions practice. Detail-oriented approach to deposition preparation and execution. Strong work ethic, accountability, and passion for advocating for injured clients. #INDW3
