K JobDetails Responsibilities:

1. Represent clients in court or beforegovernment agencies, presenting evidence to defend or prosecute incivil litigation. 2. Draft and revise various legal documents suchas pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements. 3. Conductpre-trial preparations and handle depositions. 4. Engage innegotiation and settlement discussions with opposing counsel. 5.Manage all aspects of case management from inception to conclusion,ensuring all matters are handled efficiently and effectively. 6.Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informedabout the progress of their cases. 7. Conduct legal research andanalysis to support case strategies. 8. Collaborate with a team oflegal professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes forclients. 9. Adhere to all professional and ethical standards asdictated by the Missouri Bar.

Qualifications:

1. JD from anaccredited law school. 2. Admission to the Missouri Bar. 3. Minimumof 5 years of experience as a practicing attorney, with a focus onpersonal injury law and plaintiff representation. 4. Provenexperience in drafting pleadings, motions, and other legaldocuments. 5. Demonstrated expertise in negotiation and settlementdiscussions. 6. Extensive experience in pre-litigation, litigation,trial preparation, and depositions. 7. Excellent clientcommunication and case management skills. 8. Strong legal writingand research skills. 9. Ability to work independently and as partof a team. 10. High degree of professional ethics and integrity.11. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in afast-paced environment. 12.
