Civil Litigation Attornrey A well-established firm isseeking a highly motivated and experienced attorney to join theirteam and handle a flourishing caseload. This is an exceptionalopportunity for a skilled attorney with a minimum of 3 year ofexperience in civil litigation to take their career to new heights.

Responsibilities:

Handle a diverse caseload from inception throughcompletion, including case investigation, legal research, draftingpleadings, discovery, motions, and trial preparation. Conductclient consultations, provide legal advice, and maintain effectivecommunication with clients throughout the case. Develop andimplement legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes forclients. Collaborate with colleagues and legal support staff toensure efficient case management. Maintain accurate and up-to-datecase files, documentation, and billing records.

Requirements:

Ingood standing with the Missouri Bar Association. Juris Doctor (JD)degree from an accredited law school. Minimum of 3 years ofexperience in civil litigation. Internally motivated and driven toproduce exceptional results. Demonstrates responsibility andaccountability both in and out of the workplace. Strongorganizational skills with the ability to handle a caseloadeffectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
