TheFirm:

A well-established firm is seeking a highly motivatedAttorney to join their team and handle a flourishing caseload. Thisis an exceptional opportunity for an Attorney with a minimum of 3years of experience practicing .

Responsibilities:

3 years ofpractice in Labor & Employment Law. Including but not limited to,advising and representing clients in employment-related commerciallitigation and employment law advice and litigation (e.g. drug andalcohol issues in the workplace, EEO compliance, employeedisciplinary matters, retaliation claims, sexual and other forms ofunlawful harassment, whistleblowing claims, wrongful terminationclaims). Good job tenure; those seeking a long-term fitCollaborative attitudeexcels in teamwork but also autonomy Stronglegal research, analytical skills, and problem-solving skillsConduct client consultations, provide legal advice, and maintaineffective communication with clients throughout the case. Developand implement legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes forclients. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files,documentation, and billing records.

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (JD)degree from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law inMissouri . Internally motivated and driven to produce exceptionalresults. Demonstrates responsibility and accountability both in andout of the workplace. Strong organizational skills with the abilityto handle a caseload effectively. Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills. Legally eligible to work in the United Statesof America.
