Salary:

Job Details Responsibilities:

1.Providing legal advice and guidance on a wide range of issues 2.Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex contracts 3. Workingclosely with the business units to understand their needs andprovide strategic legal advice to support their objectives. 4.Managing and coordinating litigation matters, including overseeingthe work of external counsel. 5. Developing and implementingpolicies and procedures to ensure the company’s compliance with allrelevant laws and regulations. 6. Participating in the developmentand execution of the company’s strategic initiatives. 7. Providingtraining and education to the company’s employees on legal issuesthat impact the business.

Qualifications:

1. A Juris Doctor (JD)degree from an accredited law school. 2. A minimum of 7 years ofexperience as a practicing Attorney. 3. Experience in corporatetransactions, labor & employment, and corporate governance. 4.Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complexcontracts. 5. Excellent legal research and writing skills. 6.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to buildrelationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.7. The ability to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesin a fast-paced environment. 8. Admission to NJ or PA state bar isideal. Interested in hearing more?
