$250K – $275
K Base Salary Must-Haves:
15-20 years of experience assisting with the defense of employment claims, such as discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, restrictive covenant enforcement and defense, and trade secret prosecution and defense in state and/or federal courts or before government agencies. Experience with Human Resource Support and all phases of Employment Counseling. Experience in traditional labor law and/or ERISA matters is a plus.
