Partner Level Corporate Attorney
Work Type:
Fulltime/Hybrid
We are currently searching for a partner-level attorney to maintain current client relationships and drive new business in our award-winning Corporate Group. This relationship-focused attorney would have significant experience in corporate law areas like mergers and acquisitions, growth capital investments, commercial contracts, corporate finance, corporate governance, private placements and distressed company transactions.
Qualifications:
8+ years of corporate legal experience
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Develop new and maintain existing client relationships and business
Ability to maintain and expand client relationships
Portable business and/or the ability to generate new business in a supportive environment
