Harra Hershman- Responsibilities:

• Represent clients throughout the entirety of a personal injury matter, from initial sign up, through pre-suit stages, and concluding through litigation at depositions, arbitrations, and/or jury trial
• Prepare and draft legal documents related to personal injury matters
• Negotiate settlements
• Comply with all legal standards, regulations, and rules of professional responsibility
• Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
• Professional networking to grow your client base

Qualifications:

• 3-10 experience in plaintiff’s personal injury law
• Familiarity with necessary and usual legal documents related to litigating a personal injury claim
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Jury trial and arbitration experience
• Strong negotiating skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
