$150,000+ Location(s): Hybrid in Philadelphia, PA, US Hybrid in Washington, DC, US Hybrid in New York City, NY Open to Remote Employment We are seeking an associate with 5 + years of experience in business immigration. We are a full-service practice, and you will have the opportunity to work on challenging matters across the employment-based immigration spectrum, including PERM, H-1B, L-1, E-1 and

E-2, O-1

matters, adjustment of status applications with the opportunity to lead a team of paralegals and manage relationships with clients. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the following, other duties may be assigned to meet business needs. Handle employment based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters Analyze, evaluate and prepare key immigration legal issues including H-1B, L-1, TN and PERM labor certifications. Determine and prepare appropriate immigrant visa petitions. Participate in business development functions Troubleshoot and establish case strategy Draft/file petitions and applications. Organize plan and schedule cases on priority basis. Communicate with clients regarding case processing and procedural issues Travel to off-site meetings as needed Conduct legal research as required for the representation of firm clients Update and manage case status reports Interface with clients on a continuous basis Handle and follow cases from inception to completion within the stipulated timeframe. Review and approve documents and filings with accuracy.
