We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join our team, helping clients pursue the justice and compensation they rightfully deserve.
Role Overview:
As a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney, you will be the voice for clients who have been injured.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive case assessments and investigations
Filing legal claims and representing clients in court
Negotiating settlements with insurance companies and opposing parties
Providing legal advice and support to clients
Building and nurturing strong client relationships
Collaborating with a team of dedicated legal professionals
Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice in FL A minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury law – will also consider public defender experience
Strong litigation skills, including courtroom experience
Excellent research and legal writing capabilities
Empathy and strong interpersonal skills
A commitment to pursuing justice for clients
