Job Summary:
We’re seeking a Loan Processor with real estate closing experience and strong skills in SoftPro or similar loan software to join our law firm. You’ll handle residential and commercial real estate files from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth closings.
Responsibilities:
Process real estate loan files using SoftPro (or similar). Prepare closing disclosures, settlement statements, and legal docs. Coordinate with lenders, clients, title companies, and attorneys. Schedule closings and manage disbursements/wire transfers. Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication.
Requirements:
2-3 years of real estate processing experience. Proficient in SoftPro, Qualia, or similar platforms. Knowledge of closings, title, escrow, and legal docs. Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
