Examine title and draft title opinions Perform curative work Draftand edit deeds, leases, assignments, and real estate-relatedagreements Contribute directly to a wide range of impactful legalprojects ?

What You Bring:

?? Active West Virgina Bar license (Pittsburgh Bar admission is a plus! ) ?? 2-4 years of experienceexamining titles, drafting title opinions, and performing curativework ?? Previous work in energy and natural resources law preferred?? Eagerness to take on more responsibility , including draftingand editing contracts, leases, and deeds ?? Strong research,writing, speaking, and analytical skills ?? A team mindset, driveto learn, and absolute professionalism
