Job Details Our client is searching for a PlaintiffPersonal Injury Attorney to join their firm. The ideal candidatewill have a minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury lawand a proven track record of successfully handling complex cases.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of personal injury casesfrom inception to resolution. Conduct thorough investigations andgather evidence to support clients’ claims. Draft and file legaldocuments, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
Represent clients in court, mediation, and arbitration proceedings.
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposingcounsel. Provide clients with regular updates on the status oftheir cases and advise them on legal options. Collaborate withmedical experts, accident reconstruction specialists, and otherprofessionals to build strong cases. Maintain accurate andorganized case files and documentation.
Qualifications:
JurisDoctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active license topractice law in Tennessee Minimum of 5 years of experience inpersonal injury law. Strong litigation and negotiation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability tomanage multiple cases and meet deadlines. Compassionate andclient-focused approach. High ethical standards and professionalintegrity.
