MUST BE IN STATE OF CT
• Successful candidate must have a minimum of 7.5 years experience, preferably more, as a real estate paralegal with experience in investment properties and commercial real estate/multi-unit residential properties. We are looking for someone who can independently handle title matters (with assistance from title company and attorney) and basic initial LLC formation. College Degree is preferred but not required, depending on candidate’s level of experience and other attributes. Candidate must be able to handle a busy work environment with waves of high volume. Employer is flexible and deferential as to schedule and remote work, provided that files continue to advance/close efficiently.
