Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, including case management and trial preparation Draft, revise, and electronically file legal documents in compliance with court requirements Organize and analyze case materials using eDiscovery tools such as Relativity and Trial Director Prepare exhibits and documentation for depositions, mediations, and arbitrations Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of all case-related tasks Review, format, and proofread legal documents for accuracy and compliance Communicate professionally with attorneys, staff, and court personnel

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm or similar legal setting Proficient in Relativity, Trial Director, and Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication abilities High school diploma or equivalent required; paralegal certificate preferred
