OVERVIEW
The Corporate Legal Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to lawyers in a corporate legal department. This position is primarily responsible for document management, legal research, internal and external communication, administrative support, data entry and filing. The ideal candidate will have several years of legal administration experience and an understanding of legal procedures, court rules, and relevant regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare, review, and manage legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and compliance reports. Conduct research, summarize findings, and assist with legal analysis. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize files. Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and relay messages to team members and other parties. Enter data, maintain database, and ensure accurate records. Assist with ensuring adherence to legal standards and regulations. Perform additional duties as assigned
