Knowledge of trust and estate accountings and trust administration. Assistance in preparing, retaining, and organizing legal documents, agreements, pleadings, and accountings related to trust and estate administration. Electronic filing. Probate administration experience is a plus.

Requirements :

Excellent written and oral communication skills. Problem-solving, analytical, and research skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously. Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude. Willingness to work both independently and as part of a team. Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint with an aptitude for learning other systems/programs. Familiarity with using an electronic document management system. Experience in Filesite/ iManage is a plus. Ability to file/record documents in official records. Advanced Adobe Professional and Adobe Acrobat.

Educational/Job Experience:
