The position requires an understanding of and experience with commercial real estate transactions, as well as excellent technical and organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work in a team setting.
RESPONSIBILITIES
: Reviewing title and survey documents, including reviewing title examinations; review and preparation of legal descriptions Review of draft closing documents for real estate transactions Due diligence reviews of property documents, surveys and title insurance commitments Pre-closing and closing management of real estate projects and loans
REQUIREMENTS
