Key Responsibilities:

Draft, organize, and manage legal documents, contracts, and pleadings.
Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries.
Assist attorneys with case preparation and trial support.
Coordinate filings, meetings, and correspondence with clients and court officials.
Maintain accurate case files and manage deadlines.

Qualifications:

Education:

Paralegal certification or associate degree in legal studies; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience:

Previous paralegal experience in estate planning or probate.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in legal software (e.g., Clio, LexisNexis) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge:

Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and e-filing systems.

Skills:

Excellent research, organizational, and communication abilities.
