Legal Affairs USNH Employees should apply within Workday through the Jobs Hub app The Legal Clinic Assistant provides vital administrative, logistical, and client service support to one or more of the law school’s legal clinics. This position plays a critical role in maintaining case management systems, assisting supervising attorneys, and ensuring compliance with client confidentiality and institutional protocols. Duties/Responsibilities Coordinate with faculty and staff to ensure timely submission of filings, documentation, and correspondence Review case files Enter and maintain information in case management systems Monitor case deadlines and alert appropriate team members as needed Maintain accurate electronic and physical records of cases in accordance with clinic and university policies

Minimum Qualifications JD Degree Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Part Time:
