Your role We are seeking a Junior Real Estate Paralegal to assist with residential files in our Salem, NH office. Our ideal candidate is a customer-focused, organized individual with attention to detail. The candidate must be able to develop and maintain a good working, professional relationship with colleagues, clients and referral sources. This is a new position, created as a result of growth, and there is clear potential for growth in the company for the right individual. We have a collaborative, energetic team that work autonomously with support. You will report directly to the owners of the company. We are continually refining and streamlining our processes, and we’re looking for team members that are excited to do the same. Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Client Contact via phone and email Opening client files Requesting all documents pertaining to closing Title Work including review and title clearing Scheduling Closings Preparing final closing packages Balancing Files Qualifications Minimum education of bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate Experience as a paralegal working with residential files Work well within a team Meticulous attention to detail Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Knowledge of Qualia is a plus We look forward to hearing from you!
