Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team. This hybrid role requires the candidate to work 3-4 days in the office per week. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys in all facets of real estate transactions, including documentation, due diligence, and correspondence with clients and relevant parties.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents related to real estate transactions. Handle administrative duties such as filing, copying, and managing legal documentation. Liaise with clients, providing updates and gathering necessary information as needed. Support the team with drafting correspondence and legal documents. Manage multiple cases efficiently and under tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required. Prior experience in real estate transactions preferred, but NOT required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PDF tools. Excellent communication skills. Fluency in Chinese preferred to accommodate a diverse client base, but NOT required.
