You’ll work closely with attorneys and clients to support all stages of personal injury cases. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of personal injury experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with clients to provide updates and support Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents Maintain and organize case files and the litigation calendar Order, review, and summarize medical records Assist attorneys with trial prep and case strategy

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as a personal injury paralegal Strong writing and organizational skills Comfortable communicating with clients and managing deadlines Familiarity with New Jersey court rules and procedures
