K Job Duties:

Experience in civil litigationto assist in the handling of Property and Automobile subrogationclaims and drafting of pleadings, motions and related work.

Candidate should possess confidence and communication skills neededto speak with adverse attorneys and claims adjusters and possessorganizational and computer skills needed to maintain computerizeddiaries.

Job Requirements:

Prior experience drafting and filingpleadings Knowledge of insurance subrogation (helpful, notrequired) Strong computer skills including use of Microsoft Word,Case Management Software, Adobe and Outlook Excellentorganizational skills Detail oriented and ability to multi-taskSound judgment and decision-making skills Strong interpersonalskills with the ability to interact effectively with individuals atall levels and ability to influence and achieve successful resultsStrong verbal and writing skills Strong work ethic, reliable, andteam player System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTAIT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in deliveringoutsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
