Role:

As a key member of our legal team, you will work directly with attorneys to support all phases of litigation. From drafting and e-filing initial pleadings to managing discovery and preparing cases for trial, you will play a critical role in driving our cases forward.

Responsibilities:

Draft, file, and manage all pleadings through

NYSCEF :

including summons and complaints, bills of particulars, and note of issue. Respond to and draft discovery demands , and manage discovery responses. Assist in case preparation through trial, maintaining case files and court deadlines. Coordinate with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case management records.

What We’re Looking For:

Proficiency in NYSCEF filing system . Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
