Job Objective & Safety/Security Sensitive Designation
JOB OBJECTIVE
To patrol assigned areas by foot or in a parking enforcement scooter, in various weather conditions, to inspect vehicles for violations of timed and metered parking areas and other non-moving violations and enforce parking regulations to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, ordinances, guidelines, policies, and procedures.
This position is not designated as a safety/security sensitive position and is not subject to random drug and alcohol screening.

Minimum Qualifications, Additional Requirements and Supervisory Responsibilities
These knowledge, skills, and abilities are usually, although not always, acquired through completion of high school and one (1) year of customer service experience with public contact, such as food service worker, retail or related area. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT
Must possess a valid Arkansas Class D (Non-Commercial Vehicle) Driver’s License before employment and maintain licensure for the duration of employment in this position.
Must possess Citation Authority Certification within six (6) months of employment and maintain certification for the duration of employment in this position.
