Ensure Food Safety Excellence

  • Your leadership will becritical in preventing contamination, ensuring compliance with USDAand FDA regulations, and protecting consumer health. OptimizeOperational Performance
  • Through data-driven decision-making;you’ll enhance sanitation processes, improve pre-op scores, anddrive on-time starts for production. Reduce Risk & EnsureCompliance
  • You’ll create robust sanitation protocols thatmitigate risks, reduce downtime, and keep the company ahead ofregulatory requirements. Develop a High-Performing Team
  • Yourexpertise will help mentor and elevate the next generation ofsanitation leaders, ensuring long-term sustainability.

DriveContinuous Improvement—By analyzing sanitation KPIs, identifyinggaps, and implementing innovative solutions, you’ll enhancefacility efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Your work will not onlymaintain sanitation standards but elevate them to a best-in-classlevel, driving safety, efficiency, and long-term success.

KeyResponsibilities:

Develop & Implement corporate sanitation policiesand standards. Collaborate Across Departments to enhance sanitationprograms and food safety protocols. Monitor and Optimize KeyMetrics (Pre-op scores, on-time starts, compliance tracking,sanitation KPIs). Ensure Regulatory Compliance (FDA, USDA, HACCP,OSHA). Lead Audits & Assessments to identify improvement areas insanitation systems. Manage Environmental Monitoring Programs andimplement corrective actions. Drive Continuous Improvement insanitation processes through data-driven decision-making.

Who We’reLooking For:
Experience:

10-15 years in sanitation leadershipwithin food manufacturing.

Knowledge:

Deep understanding of FDA,USDA, HACCP, and OSHA requirements.

Skills:

Strong analytical,strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Tech-Savvy:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and food safety management systems.

Bonus Points:

Experience managing multi-site sanitation programsand working with regulatory agencies.
