Position Overview:

We are seeking reliable and proactive individuals to join our team as Security Officers. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their properties. Responsibilities:

• Patrol assigned areas on foot or in vehicles to ensure the security and safety of premises.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect and respond to security threats.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients, visitors, and employees with inquiries and requests.
• Conduct regular security checks and inspections to identify and address potential security risks or hazards.
• Enforce site-specific security policies and procedures to maintain order and compliance.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, including medical incidents, fires, and security breaches, and take appropriate action as needed.
• Complete accurate and detailed incident reports documenting security-related activities.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in security or law enforcement preferred.
• Prior experience in security, military, law enforcement, or related field preferred but not required.
• Must possess relevant certifications such as Loss Prevention Certificate, CPR, First Aid, etc.
• Knowledge of CCTV systems, surveillance techniques, conflict management skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations with professionalism.
• Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
