We are seeking an experienced Armed Guard to join our team and play a vital role in maintaining the safety and security of our personnel, premises, and assets. Your vigilance and expertise will contribute to a secure environment where everyone can work with confidence. Key Responsibilities Monitor and patrol designated areas to deter suspicious activity and unauthorized access. Operate and oversee surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems. Respond promptly to alarms and security incidents, conducting thorough investigations. Collaborate with local law enforcement when needed. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and property damage. Maintain detailed reports of daily activities and incidents. Apply effective conflict management techniques to de-escalate volatile situations. Qualifications & Experience Prior experience in law enforcement, military service, or private security preferred. Proficiency in surveillance system operations, including CCTV monitoring. Strong ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions in emergencies. Expertise in conflict resolution and loss prevention.
