The ideal candidate has experience identifying real vs. fake IDs, working security in high volume bars/nightclubs, is able to maintain professionalism regardless of the situation, and is reliable and punctual.

Duties :

• Check IDs at door to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age, presenting a valid form of identification
• Monitor door and maintain line to ensure overintoxicated patrons do not enter premises
• Diffuse and address any security issues inside bar from overintoxication to aggressive behavior
• Write detailed incident reports if necessary and maintain accurate records of daily activities

Skills:

Preferred:

CPR certification and knowledge of first aid procedures

Required:

Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally

Required:

Ability to conduct effective surveillance and identify potential risks or threats
