Location:

Little Neck, NY • Schedule 1(36 Hours) (12) hour shifts •

Saturday:

4 pm-4 am,

Sunday:

4 pm-4 am,

Monday:

4 pm-4 am. •

Pay Rate:

$18.00•

Responsibilities:

.Towing any unauthorized vehicles, as well as issuing summonses to any vehicles parked illegally. Touring the property periodically and scanning points set in place with the patrol phone. Working alongside maintenance to help satisfy any tenant complaints. Communicating effectively with other members of the security team and ensuring the work environment is consistently professional and positive.

Qualifications:

NY Security Guard License. Driver License 5+ Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail Good judgment, integrity and character are essential Must be able to pass drug test.

Pay:

$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

12 hour shift
