The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols. Responsibilities Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and safety within the facility. Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents, assessing situations effectively and taking appropriate action. Conduct thorough investigations of disturbances or security breaches, documenting findings accurately. Collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary and provide assistance during emergencies. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage to property. Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries while maintaining professionalism. Experience Previous experience in law enforcement or security roles is preferred. Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable. Familiarity with surveillance equipment and conflict management techniques is advantageous. Experience in loss prevention strategies will be considered a plus.
