JOB DUTIES INCLUDE

Supports the facility through physical security, asset protection, access control, crime prevention, compliance enforcement, incident documentation & investigation, and resident & staff education. Maintains operations, policies, and procedures that minimize the risk of: death or bodily injury; damage to or loss of property and facility assets; compromise of confidential information; damage to or loss of facility reputation or certification. Implements and adheres to policies concerning staff identification, resident visitation, contractor identification and access, searches, resident property storage, preservation of evidence, use of force, incident reporting, and emergency planning.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience:

1-year experience as a security guard in a healthcare setting.
