Job Description
Security Officer – $19 p/h (full-time) 2.7 2.7 out of 5 stars 701 6th Avenue South, Nashville, TN 37203 Bolt Security Guard Services is looking for dedicated, experienced, Security Guard for a construction site in East Nashville. Schedule is 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. weeknights and weekdays. Must be available to start immediately.
Skills Required:
Great Customer Service Skills Requires a high school diploma or GED. Ability to read, comprehend, write and speak English. Previous security experience preferred Should be customer-service driven. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy along with the ability to handle customer service situations. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with co-workers and the public. Required to investigate and write reports. Exercise good judgment and implement instructions. Ability to understand and follow standard operating procedures. Ability to perform duties in a professional manner and appearance. Ability to make independent and good judgment decisions within proper policy and procedures. Experienced or ability to learn policies and procedures. Strong attention to detail and well organized. Professional appearance Must maintain confidentiality at all times.
Other Requirements:
Must have and maintain a valid Tennessee Driver’s License Unarmed Security Guard Card issued by TN Department of Safety Dallas Law Training required Must be 21 years of age
