We are looking to hire someone for oil changes and to perform tire changes, Rotations, Balancing, and Alignments (Experienced preferred)! Pay will vary based on experience with vehicles and history in the Industry. The position will come with health benefits such as Dental and Vision. If you are looking for a career in a continuous growing industry then this job is FOR YOU! Duties Perform oil changes and fluid level checks for various vehicles. Conduct tire services, including rotation, Mount and Balance of tires, and alignment as needed. Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively. Assist in the diagnosis of vehicle issues and recommend necessary repairs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering advice on vehicle maintenance. Collaborate with service technicians to ensure efficient workflow. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive service. Familiarity with automotive repair processes, particularly in a dealership setting. Proficiency in using power tools and equipment related to vehicle maintenance. Experience in sales is a plus, as you may assist customers with service recommendations. Ability to perform tire services, including alignment adjustments. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
