Job Description
Automotive Service Advisor Breeden Dodge Chrysler Jeep 5900 Highway 71 S, Fort Smith, AR 72908 You will be the first point of contact with our customers and will be knowledgeable in product offerings and customer service.
- You will greet vehicle owners on the drive line to explaining the repair process.
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, service.
Provide excellent service, whether phone or in person. Time management is essential. Professional, well-groomed personal appearance. Clean driving record. Maintain excellent customer service score Continually follow up and stay in touch with customer while their vehicle is in the dealership Experience is a must This Job Is Ideal for
