- Much more! Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
- Diagnose cause of malfunction and document technician repairs with written notes on the repair order hard copy
- Examine the vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required.
- Advise Service Advisor immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined is not needed, or if repairs cannot be completed within the time promised
- Complete multi point inspection using TruVideo
- Utilize any and all programs, computers and applications required for the purpose of documentation and/or communication, according to dealership and factory procedures
- Attend factory and dealership training classes whether it’s required in person or virtually Qualifications |
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and identification required for employment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in the use of common mechanic shop tools
- Ability to bend, move, lift, twist and physically perform duties in the scope of this position.
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check, DMV screen and drug screen.
