In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive services. You will utilize your expertise in automotive diagnostics and vehicle maintenance to assist customers in understanding their vehicle needs, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and satisfaction. Responsibilities Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs. document issues in order to properly address customer concerns with their car. Communicate effectively with customers about necessary repairs, maintenance, and service options. Prepare accurate auto estimates for services including brake repair, tire service, and other maintenance tasks. Transmit repair orders to technicians while ensuring clarity on customer requests. Monitor the progress of repairs and keep customers informed throughout the process. Align customer expectations with service capabilities and timelines. Maintain a clean and organized service area to enhance customer experience. Requirements Proven experience in automotive service advising or a related field is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with a focus on automotive diagnostics and vehicle maintenance. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Familiarity with tire service, brake repair, and auto estimating processes. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently. A strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service. A valid driver’s license is required.
