COMPENSATION & INCENTIVES Competitive staring pay between $14.50-16/hour, with paid training. Enjoy a pay increase upon successful completion of training, followed by an additional increase after 90 days of demonstrated proficiency. FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING
Our client operates Monday through Sunday, with shift start times between 8:00 AM and 11:30 AM EST. We ask that you have flexibility with your schedule as it may be subject to change depending on the client’s needs.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
Build strong agent relationships : Engage with insurance agents to provide product clarity and foster lasting partnerships. Recommend insurance solutions : Assist agents in identifying the most suitable classic auto insurance policies for potential customers. Deliver frontline support : Serve as the first point of contact for members, providing exceptional service and support. Address member inquiries : Answer questions and provide information related to policies, coverage, and benefits. Resolve concerns efficiently : Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with professionalism and care. Promote membership benefits : Educate members on the value of their policies and additional services. Navigate complex systems : Work across multiple platforms, including virtual desktops and dual monitors, to access customer information and tools. Maintain performance standards : Consistently meet or exceed expectations for customer satisfaction, call quality, and productivity. Support team goals : Collaborate with peers and leadership to contribute to a high-performing, customer-focused environment.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
Required qualifications: A minimum of 2 years in a call center environment taking inbound calls. Knowledge of or interest in automobiles and/or auto insurance. Strong communication skills—both verbal and written. Strong organizational skills. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications efficiently. Experience working in a virtual desktop environment. A distraction-free remote workspace suitable for full-time work. High school diploma or GED.
Preferred qualifications:
Sales experience, with willingness to advise and sell membership benefit products. Familiarty with Five9 software. Associate degree or higher.
Additional expectations:
Ability to participate in virtual interviews using a computer with a functioning camera. Comfortable working in a diverse, inclusive, and team-centric culture.
