Mobile Automotive Glass Technician

Atlanta, GA 30339 Overview We are looking for a skilled and customer-oriented Mobile Automotive Glass Technician to join our team. In this role, you will travel to customer locations to inspect, repair, and replace automotive glass—including windshields, side windows, rear windows, and sunroofs. You’ll deliver expert service with professionalism, safety, and efficiency as your top priorities. Responsibilities Inspect and assess damaged auto glass to determine repair or replacement needs. Remove and install windshields, side and rear windows, and other vehicle glass using industry-standard tools and techniques. Use adhesive and sealant materials according to safety and OEM specifications. Calibrate ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) if applicable. Travel to customer homes, workplaces, or roadside locations with a fully equipped mobile unit. Ensure a clean, safe, and professional work environment at each job site. Educate customers on post-installation care and answer any questions they may have. Maintain accurate job records, work orders, and inventory using mobile apps or software. Follow all safety protocols and legal regulations related to automotive glass repair. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ year(s) experience in auto glass installation or repair (preferred). Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions. Familiarity with tools and materials used in auto glass work. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Certification in Auto Glass Safety Council (AGSC) standards is a plus. ADAS calibration experience is a bonus (training may be provided).
