Essential Responsibilities:

Provide first-level support for requests coming into the company help desk; Provide assistance to associates and troubleshoot issues related to hardware and software; Install and upgrade software on the PC’s; Diagnose hardware onsite and accurately determine replacement parts; Perform hardware installations; Install peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.); Format Windows computers; Replace

patch cables, jacks and patch panels; Ability to travel as required; Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

A+ Certification or equivalent work experience; Hands on experience with PC operations, preferred; Desire to take advantage of training and learning opportunities; Independent, self-starting attitude; Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; Professional appearance and strong written and verbal communication skills; Ability to work well both individually and in a team environment; Maintain understanding of TCP/IP and networking concepts; All offers contingent upon satisfactory completion of E-Verify, Background, Drug, and Motor Vehicle Report testing and reports; Ability to lift typical computer equipment including, but not limited to, PCs, servers, monitors, etc. Must have flexible schedule including the ability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00am until 5:00pm. Will require ability to work some weekends or varied hours depending on needs of department. This is an Onsite Position. .
