POSITION OVERVIEW – FLEET TECHNICIAN
We are currently hiring a full-time Fleet Technician to support our expanding operations. This role is perfect for someone mechanically inclined who enjoys a mix of hands-on work, team collaboration, and contributing to daily operational success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform light mechanical work on trucks, plows, and equipment Clean and maintain fleet vehicles and machinery Assist with basic job site repairs Produce brine used in winter operations Deliver equipment to and from job sites Keep work areas organized and clean
REQUIREMENTS
Clean and valid driver’s license Basic mechanical experience required Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions Must be detail-oriented , hardworking, and dependable Willing to learn and work as part of a team Takes ownership of work and stays on task with minimal supervision
