Automotive Service Writer Nesenger 112 Auto Group Medford, NY 11763 Service advisor Nesenger 112 Auto Group Nesenger Auto Group is looking for a full time experienced fast paced service advisor to help continue our growth and provide excellent service to our clients. We are a family owned and operated dealership with a friendly atmosphere looking for a highly motivated individual Job Responsibilities Ensure customers receive courteous and prompt service and exceed their expectations Responsible for service sales and gross profit Communicate repair recommendations with customers and maintain individual productivity of selling parts and service Schedule service appointments Open and close repair orders Maintain a CSI average at or above manufacturer and company standards What we offer Base Salary Aggressive Commission Plan Medical and Dental Paid Vacation and Sick time Long term job security Job qualifications 2 years minimum prior advisor experience Automotive knowledge Ability to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standards
