Position Description/General Purpose of Job:
- Service, maintenance and repair of various motor vehicles
- Maintain proper maintenance cycle of all equipment including but not limited to filters, fluids, grease, brakes, rotors and etc.
- Capability to use tools, parts and service manuals to execute work orders
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
Automotive Mechanic Requirements:
- Mechanic must have Valid Driver’s License
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- HS Graduate or Equivalent- Must be over 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site
- Personal toolbox and tools
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Mechanic must have Proven knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations Ideal qualities:
- At least one (1) year of Mechanical Knowledge
- Mechanic should demonstrate a high level of motivation and ability to learn and succeed.
- PA State Inspections and Emissions License
- Ability to use/operate tools and mechanical equipment is a satisfactory manner
