The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in maintenance and repair tasks, demonstrating proficiency in various handyman services. This role requires a proactive individual who can collaborate effectively with others, exhibit excellent communication skills, and possess basic knowledge in plumbing, electrical, framing, painting, and flooring. Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential properties, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks. Utilize tools and equipment effectively to complete repairs and installations. Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify issues that require attention. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools are returned to their proper place after use. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Requirements Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role with a strong understanding of maintenance procedures. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines. Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy objects when necessary.
