• Position Summary:

• We are seeking a dependable and experienced
• Maintenance Repair Technician
• to support our plant operations. This role is responsible for performing electrical and mechanical maintenance and repairs on equipment, machinery, and facility infrastructure. Candidates must be available to work a 2nd or split shift and be willing to train on 1st shift.

• Key Responsibilities:

• + Troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical manufacturing equipment + Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and repair manuals + Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks + Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and hand tools + Respond to off-hour alarms and emergencies + Work safely in potentially hazardous areas (e.

g., chemical, thermal spray, heat treat rooms) + Stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and climb ladders as needed

• Requirements:

• + High school diploma or equivalent + 2-3 years of experience in maintenance or mechanical repair in a manufacturing setting + Basic skills in electrical wiring, plumbing, welding, and fabrication + Ability to read schematics and diagnose mechanical/electrical issues + Must pass forklift and scissor lift certification + Flexibility to work overtime with little notice

• Preferred:

• + Technical or trade school training + Experience with specialized environments (chemical, thermal spray, heat treat)
