Compensation :

$21.25 per hour Facilities Technician is to provide general maintenance support for the building.

Job Responsibilities:

Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained. Troubleshoot power, HVAC system and controls, and mechanical systems. Maintain general & preventative maintenance, painting, carpentry, plumbing systems, and vendor management. Replace lighting system bulbs and ballasts as needed. Move office furniture, machinery, equipment, and other materials, as requested. Basic ability to work independently and manage their time. Basic knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required. 2+ years facility maintenance experience required Facility plumbing experience Facility mechanical experince Work order systems experience Computer skills

Preferred Qualifications:
