Role:

Maintenance Technician Provide monthly fire, safety, and health inspections. Maintain physical facilities in good working order (i.e., heating, and air-conditioning units, electrical fixtures, plumbing, furniture, appliances, and miscellaneous items). Test and document results of fire and smoke alarms on a monthly basis. Paint and repair walls as necessary. Maintain grounds including parking lot, sprinkler system, and outdoor lights. Maintain clean air vents and change air filters monthly.

High school diploma or GED Must have a minimum of 1-3 years related experience. Valid FL driver’s license and successful Level II background check, physical and drug screen. Effective communication skills with verbal and written English fluency required. Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred. Capable of standing, walking, lifting heavy objects, operating medium weight cleaning equipment Must be available to respond to emergencies. When can you start?
