We are seeking a technically adept and detail-oriented Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, reducing downtime, and supporting safety standards across our facility. Key Responsibilities Install, calibrate, and commission new equipment and machinery. Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and lubrication schedules. Diagnose equipment malfunctions using diagnostic tools; carry out timely repairs. Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, wiring schematics, and PLC programs. Maintain maintenance logs, service records, and parts inventory. Collaborate with engineers, operations staff, and other technicians to resolve complex issues. Train junior staff on equipment use, maintenance best practices, and safety standards. Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance with regulations (e.g., OSHA). Propose process improvements to enhance performance, reduce costs, and boost equipment reliability.
